Supplement You can take any vitamin supplement that is best for you, and you will find that most people who take supplements will like knowing that they can change their body chemistry by taking something specific. You can easily take a supplement that will help you remain healthy, and you could ask your doctor which ones they would use. The best supplements are the ones that you should use based on tests that your doctor did. If you do not have any test results, you need to ask your doctor to run a battery of tests to learn how many deficiencies you have. 3. Drink Water You need to remain hydrated every day by drinking as much water as you can. People who are trying to get the best possible results for their new sober lifestyle will need to be hydrated. Water has minerals and vitamins floating in it, and you could even drink an infused water that is good for you.
