May 29, 2026 – After spending more than two decades trapped in drugs and incarceration, Spivey is using his past to help others find what he calls “true freedom.” Spivey is the founder and CEO of Outreach 4 Outlaws…a faith-based outreach program that works with men and women coming out of jail, prison and addiction recovery programs. Through partnerships with organizations like Life in Victory Recovery Center and Victory in Life Church, the program helps people transition back into society by connecting them with housing, jobs, recovery resources and spiritual support.
