Diver’s License Suspended –
July 6, 2019 – Meanwhile, deputies say the boat’s owner 31-year-old Rylie Hogue was too intoxicated to care for his own safety or operate the boat and was was arrested for being intoxicated in public. Both Callahan and Hogue were transported and booked into Shasta County Jail. The Shasta County Sheriff Boating Safety Unit would like to remind people to not drink and drive a vessel.
