April 22, 2022 – A source told Mid-Hudson News that the students were reported to be suffering from a reaction to a drug that they had ingested.
Poughkeepsie City School District Superintendent Dr. Eric Rosser told Mid-Hudson News that “The district is investigating an isolated incident in which three students required medical attention after ingesting a substance.” Rosser noted that PMS staff and district officials are working with the families of the affected students as part of the investigation.
