June 3, 2022 – Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corporation CEO and owner Lou Kennedy said in a statement that the company is “cooperating” with the FDA on the recalled products.
“While there has been no impact to patient safety, and there is no evidence of contamination, Nephron has decided in the interest of patients to proceed with this recall process,” Kennedy said.
