Jan. 21, 2026 – Another detail has come to light in the tragic death of Victoria Jones on New Year’s Day. The daughter of Hollywood star Tommy Lee Jones was found dead in a San Francisco hotel room of an apparent drug overdose. The actress had been dealing with drug and alcohol problems in the months leading up to her death.
News that Victoria was supposedly on the verge of giving birth is sure to compound what’s already a devastating situation for Tommy and his family. Court documents obtained by US Weekly, dated October 1, state that “counsel is informed and does believe that Ms. Jones is pregnant.”
Those documents filed in Santa Cruz County were related to the actress’s public intoxication arrest in 2025. She had been facing a charge of public intoxication and resisting a peace officer earlier this month. Documents say that she pleaded not guilty to those charges. Her legal team did indicate in documents the possibility of accepting diversion terms. The diversion program is a way to avoid conviction and get proper treatment for your issues.
