I’m able to follow a plan more simply with that element of my life in there.” Tony Cavalero has always been in motion—from his early days in ballet class to playing Division I lacrosse, to now pushing himself through cold plunges and brutal leg days. He’s also gearing up for his latest role in the new CBS comedy DMV, premiering this fall.
