Oct. 27, 2021 – Investigators said Misty Gilley was selling fentanyl out of Simply Recovery Clinic and her home on Second Street in Altamonte Springs to her own rehab clients. Gilley, 50, left jail after she posted the nearly $50,000 bond. Della Wiggins was handing out Narcan to people in Seminole County. As part of Advocates for Angels, a group for parents who lost a child to substance use disorder. She lost her son in 2018.
