Q. If you are in recovery, what was your drug(s) of choice and when is your sobriety date?
A: My DOC was IV heroin and fentanyl and I have been clean from it since October 5, 2018. I had a great 5 years in recovery from age 26 to 31.
I even had a podcast about addiction and recovery and a different healing modalities for trauma that I plan to start up again revamp.
Unfortunately, I started looking outside myself again for validation and got into an extremely toxic and abusive relationship with a psychopath after being clean for five years.
This relationship was comparable to a six-year IV heroin fentanyl addiction.
By the grace of my higher power, spirit guides and guardian angels, I was able to escape and survive and am now thriving again.
