IN GOOD COMPANY –
Feb. 13, 2026 – Harry Styles has been on quite the journey over the past two years. He’s been spotted all over the world, running a marathon in Tokyo, partying at Berlin’s legendary Berghain nightclub, and celebrating the announcement of a new Pope in Vatican City. And it turns out he’s been on a sobriety journey too. This was revealed by Rizzle Kicks rapper Jordan Stephens, who spoke on the Miss Me podcast about recent conversations he’s had with Styles. “More recently I’d say in the last year, maybe just a bit longer, I feel more a part now of his process,” Stephens, who has been sober for over seven years, explained.
“Because the choices he’s made recently I’m really into and he’s been on his own personal journey around you know, sobriety and other things like that you know, […] and I know he’s exploring these ideas.”
Styles has previously disclosed how he is unable to drink before and after his shows, because of the strain it puts on his voice. “I just can’t do it,” he said in an interview around the release of his second album, Fine Line. “I did it once and it was my least favourite show I’ve ever done, because I just felt like it was so bad.”
