She said there can be other ways to have fun without consuming alcohol. “If anyone has ever been down to New Year’s Eve Fest in Kalamazoo, you know that there are a lot of ways to have fun and there isn’t any alcohol around,” Reames said. People can opt for non-alcoholic holiday drinks such as hot chocolate or eggnog.
