NEVER NEEDED THE ALCOHOL –
August 5, 2025 – Bachelor Nation fans first met Demi Burnett on Season 23 of “The Bachelor.” Now, Demi is taking to Instagram to celebrate a major milestone in her sobriety journey. The Bachelor Nation star wrote, “In honor of my four year alcohol-free anniversary, here’s some pics of me doing things i never thought i could do without alcohol. My main takeaway – I never needed the alcohol.”
Many of Demi’s fellow Bachelor Nation stars flooded the comments of her post sharing how proud they are of her.
Hannah Godwin wrote, “Sooo proud of you!!”
Katie Morton said, “So proud of you!!!!! Screaming! Look at this life!!!”
And Heather Martin added, “So proud of you.”
We couldn’t agree more with all the love and support for Demi — we are also so proud of her.
