The underlying architecture of Navigator utilizes a constrained retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approach, specifically engineered to minimize AI “hallucinations.” This technological philosophy aligns seamlessly with Recovery.com’s vision for building responsible AI solutions within the behavioral health sector.
