Aug. 23, 2024 – Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, has become embroiled in the investigation into Matthew Perry’s death from a drug overdose.
Police have reportedly questioned the former model, who has a long history of drug addiction, as part of the investigation into the Friends star’s death from a ketamine overdose last year.
They also searched the sober living facility she’s in, and took an iPhone and laptop belonging to her.
Brooke and Matthew reportedly struck up an “unlikely friendship” after meeting in rehab a few years ago. Over the years their relationship consisted mainly, sources say, of sharing information about doctors who would dole out drug prescriptions without too many questions.
“Matthew and Brooke had been trading information on doctors for years. And it was implied [these doctors] were more liberal than others when it came to meds,” a source told Us Weekly.
