Wine-loving Mommy Details Journey to Sobriety

Feb. 21, 2024 – When it comes to alcohol, that’s what Stefanie Wilder-Taylor, author of ‘Drunk-ish: A Memoir of Loving and Leaving Alcohol‘ believes changed her life trajectory. Speaking with Dina Bair via Zoom, Wilder-Taylor joined WGN Midday News to discuss her journey to sobriety. “Because (alcohol) is so acceptable right now, we trick our brains into thinking, ‘I’m not that bad,’ ‘I’m not that bad,’ ‘I’m not that bad.’ And it delays finding help.”
