The Walgreens medication is called Walgreens Brand Naloxone HCl Nasal Spray and is available on the company’s website, and at stores throughout the country in the pain relief aisle.
The cost of Walgreens over-the-counter naloxone is $34.99 for a two-pack supply, $10 less than brand-name OTC naloxone, which the FDA first authorized in 2023.
