June 7, 2021 – At the beginning of the pandemic, like so many other Americans, he joined TikTok.
He brings people into his training and shares his message about mental health.
“You’re never stuck in your situation,” Mulkey said. “I never thought this was what I’d be doing now. I feel like it needs to be talked about 100 percent.”
Noel says he’s constantly hearing from people dealing with addiction and other issues.
He even has a post office box where he regularly receives mail.
Some ask about his training and others share their personal struggles with mental health or drug addiction.
Realizing the scope of those issues, this year he started a website called Noel Soul.
It is dedicated to helping people through fitness.
It also lists mental health and substance abuse resources.
All things he wishes he knew about sooner.
