March 19, 2023 – The Batman actor, Ben Affleck has been struggling with addiction for quite a long time which is also reported to be a major reason behind the frequent fights between him and his wife, Jennifer Lopez. This also led to the controversy about their recent appearance at the Grammy Awards 2023 where fans noticed that he seemed sad accompanying his wife while the actress was bossing him around.
In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, he shared his thoughts on the incident claiming it was rather “a husband-and-wife thing.” He further went on to address the claims of him being drunk at the musical award night.
“I’ve gone to award shows and been drunk, a bunch. Nobody ever once said I’m drunk. [But at the Grammys] they were like, ‘He’s drunk.’ And I thought, that’s interesting.”
Though things have never been great about his addiction as he has been to rehab multiple times for the same. He has been candid about his dark past and shared how his wife has been approaching to help him in the journey.
