“Sharma continues to evade the law by opening new facilities through successors in interest like Invictus to promulgate and perpetuate his scheme to maximize his own profits over the safety of his clients like Brandon and at the expense of those desperate and vulnerable family members like Allen and Rose, who come to Sharma and his alter ego entities looking for help.”
