At the height of her addiction, Rapp left her children with her mom.
“I went from being pretty functional and working and taking care of my kids to just one day really not. I mean, it happened slowly … I just walked away from my life and left my kids with [Reisinger],” Rapp said. “In hindsight, I have no idea how she did it.”
