David has enjoyed a 30+ year career in the private healthcare sector, in International Health Insurance underwriting, Healthcare Management & Provider delivery in major medical & addiction recovery service lines, operating on most continents. He has lived and worked in more than 50 countries and in key strategic locations; London, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Singapore, Brisbane, Sydney, Bermuda, Dubai, Riyadh, Doha, Paris, Gibraltar, Auckland, Boston, Vancouver, Montreal, Toronto, New York & Los Angeles.

Q. If you are in recovery, what was your drug of choice? When did you stop using?
A. I am not in recovery. (Though many of the people I am fortunate to work with are.)

A. I think it is a wicked combination of all four.
