Pandemic Doesn’t Stop Woman’s Sobriety

Jan. 1, 2021 – For thousands like Milczarski, however, those recovery keystones were upended when the coronavirus pandemic came to Pennsylvania almost 10 months ago. Isolation and instability persists as coronavirus cases continue to climb daily by record-breaking leaps almost daily across the commonwealth. Pandemic or not, Milczarski said a relapse can come on slowly, like a snake squeezing its prey slowly before it realizes the danger.
