Nov 14, 2018 – Deputies say they were looking into possible criminal activity at Experiences of Grace Ministries located n the 100 block of Tipton Drive. An investigation lead deputies to Starla Pope, also know as Starla Occhito, who operated the sobriety house. It was determined that Starla was wanted in Arkansas. She was arrested for identity theft charges based out of Arkansas.
