Feb. 15, 2024 – In the quiet of an ordinary day, a distressing revelation unfolded as two young children were rushed to the hospital, their systems coursing with opiates. This grave discovery led to the arrest of their mother, Katrina Annette Lynch, on charges of child abuse.
