Review: This is one of the best books I have ever read because it’s a real story of a common, and heartbreaking epidemic. Pamela D. Pesta takes you on her journey through alcoholism, not leaving any gritty detail out. This makes her story completely relatable to those who have suffered from addiction. I highly recommend this book because it paints a clear picture of how alcoholism can affect someone’s life, which makes the disease a little more understandable to all. This book completely changed my perspective on alcoholism and addiction in general, so I think it is a must read!!
