But as one of Donald Trump’s final acts in the Oval Office, Kodak was granted a commutation and allowed to leave United States Penitentiary, Thomson in Illinois just days later. As part of Kodak’s supervised release conditions, he’s often subjected to random drug tests. But on two separate occasions, he tested positive for both marijuana and ecstacy (MDMA), hence the 90 days in rehab.
