Feb. 20, 2019 – Integrative Life Center co-founders Lee McCormick and Holly Cook will continue to own a portion of the company. Terms were not disclosed. Chapman is a Nashville business veteran, growing Premier from a single property in Nashville to more than 40 cities across the United States during his 15-year tenure as CEO. He stepped down from that post last month, replaced by Premier President Ryan Hunt, but remains a co-owner and chairman. Founded in 2010, Integrative Life Center provides residential and outpatient treatment for substance abuse, eating disorders and mental health disorders, according to the company’s website. The company has two facilities: a 25-acre inpatient ranch 15 minutes west of Nashville, and an outpatient center on Music Row.
