As well as this, be sure to visit the facility beforehand. “If there’s ever an area where ‘let the buyer beware,’ this is one and I can’t stress that enough,” stated Mark Mishek, president and CEO of the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. “There’s no reason not to knock on a neighbor’s door and find out, are they good neighbors?”
