Are You Planning a Sober or Sober-ish October?

NOTHING TO MOCK –

Oct. 3, 2024 – It’s “sober” October — a popular fall sobriety challenge during which people live alcohol-free for a month to improve health and regain control of their drinking. And you may even notice improvements in your sleep, energy levels and skin.
