Nine Dead in Ohio –

May 17, 2019 – The deaths were in the 43223, 43016, 43204, 43224, 43085 and 43207 zip codes. The coroner’s office says it is conducting testing to confirm if the deaths are fentanyl-related. Franklin County Coroner Dr. Anahi Ortiz says fentanyl has been the major cause of overdose deaths last year and so far this year … Franklin County Public Health along with Project DAWN (Deaths Avoided with Naloxone) will provide free naloxone with a brief training.
